I needed that much raw focus on my body to keep me both present and embodied. Being nude brought me out of the notion of what I thought yoga was or should be. Among the first truly objective studies was developed by Dr. Marilyn Story, a researcher who sought to examine the purpose of family social nudity classification on body self-concept development in preschool-aged kids.
